What it is

GovInbox is a daily watch on U.S. federal set-aside contract opportunities. Every 4 hours it pulls new set-aside notices from the official SAM.gov API, matches them to your programs, NAICS codes, keywords and states, and writes a plain-English brief for each match: who is buying, what, where, and when the response is due. You or your AI agent opens the digest on demand.

Coverage

All eight federal set-aside programs, including SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, and WOSB. Marketing leads with SDVOSB; the product does not discriminate by program.

Also covers federal grant postings from Simpler.Grants.gov. One search returns contracts and grants together, in tabs.

Agency search understands common aliases: "Department of War", "DOW", "DoD", and "Department of Defense" all match the same defense opportunities.

How you get the scan

The digest is pull-only and on demand. Read it in your browser at /digest with your access token, or pull GET /v1/watchlists/{id}/digest through the REST API; your AI assistant can do this for you. GovInbox does not email the digest and does not promise scheduled delivery.

Pricing

Core: $19 per month or $190 per year. All eight set-aside programs, up to 3 watchlists, the on-demand brief with a plain-English write-up for every match, bookmarking, works with you or your AI agent.
Pro: $49 per month or $470 per year. Everything in Core, unlimited watchlists, up to 3 users each with their own access token. For shops that chase more than one lane.
Team: $99 per month or $990 per year. Everything in Pro, up to 10 users each with their own access token, shared org watchlists (one list the whole team sees). For growing firms.
Trial: 7 days free on Core. No credit card. One per person or business. The 7 days start on first use, not at signup. It stops unless you subscribe.
Limits are hard caps: hitting a watchlist or seat limit pauses things, with a warning at 80 percent. Nothing bills extra on its own.
You can skip the trial and subscribe immediately. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
